The Conference will include oral and poster sessions. There will be no parallel sessions.

Each contributed talk will last 13 minutes with an additional 2 minutes for discussion. Invited talks will last 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.

A maximum of one oral contributed and one invited paper presented per participant. Only authors can present an oral paper.

A central computer and a screen projector for electronic presentations and a overhead projector will be available.

Electronic presentations: For electronic presentations, it will be necessary to copy your presentation to a central computer. This computer will be connected to the internet. Actual versions of PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader, Ghostview/Ghostscript, Windows Media Player, and Quicktime will be installed under Windows XP.

To make sure that your electronic presentation will work without problems, we urgently recommend to send us your presentation by ftp (location and details will follow soon) together with an e-mail message including author, title of presentation, file name and type to info@ilrcnara.jp until 14 July 2006. During the conference you can hand over your presentation on CD or JetFlash (USB stick) at the check desk located at Nara-Ken New Public hall. In the Noh hall, it will not be possible to connect your own computer!

The poster sessions will be organized along the same topics as the oral sessions and will possibly take place on the same day as the corresponding oral sessions. A designated poster board will be available all day to each presenter but there will be specific periods of attendance required by the program.

Poster sessions will be held in the afternoons. Each author will be provided with a poster board (maximum poster size: width x height = 120 cm x 180 cm ). Authors are expected to present their poster during the official poster hours.

The poster room will be available all day. We recommend that you set your poster up early in the morning of your scheduled session and take it down at the end of the day to free the boards for the next session.

Conference language FEnglish is the official Conference language.
